Who Are We?

Aspire Pathway was established in 2019, when the founders were aged 17 and 18. The youth of the Founders/ Directors and a fair share of the team combined with our more mature and equally experienced team members allow the organisation to approach situations and to view the needs of the young people in our care from different perspectives which has helped us greatly to support them. This allows us to provide a more home-like atmosphere, which is especially important for those who may not have had a stable home life in the past. Additionally, the founders’ similar ages to the young people ensures an empathetic connection that makes it easier to relate and understand their struggles. This enables the team to provide better support and resources for the children in their care, helping them to build trust and self-confidence and develop into responsible teens and young adults.
In addition to this, the founders of Aspire Pathway Group provide a great example for the young people in their care. They are living proof that dedication and hard work can lead to success, and provide them with the motivation to strive for their own goals. Additionally, their understanding of the unique needs of the young people allows them to provide the resources and support necessary to empower them to make positive life choices. They serve as mentors and role models for the children, providing them with the encouragement and guidance they need to reach their full potential. We have had multiple young people leave care with the ambition and goal to become support workers due to the positive impact our support workers and service has had on them.
We have seven homes ranging in size and purpose and are continually expanding our operations to meet the needs of the young people we serve. Our dedicated team of staff strive to create a home-like atmosphere and provide each individual with the resources and support they need to grow into confident, responsible adults.
